1:1 Guided Support
Private orientation for staying steady and moving forward.
This offering is for people who are sober (or sobriety-aligned) and navigating a season that feels heavy, unclear, or destabilizing, but not crisis-level. 1:1 Guided Support provides a contained, time-bound space to slow down, regain perspective, and re-orient toward what matters. This is not therapy, coaching, or ongoing accountability. It’s reflective guidance designed to help you think clearly, stay grounded, and continue forward without pressure or shame. Sessions are structured, intentional, and focused on building self-trust, not dependence. Together, we work on clarifying what “moving forward” actually looks like in your life right now — realistically, sustainably, and without fixing everything at once.
