Cancellation Policy

Session Plan Policy Scheduling Sessions are booked in advance through the online calendar. Please choose the session length that best fits your availability and goals. Free Consultations Free 30-minute consults are for conversation and orientation only. They do not include playing or instruction. Paid Sessions Paid sessions (30 or 60 minutes) are focused, working sessions. We’ll agree on a clear focus at the start of each session. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. No-shows are not refundable. Late Arrivals Sessions will end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals cannot be extended. Payment Payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are listed per session. Scope of Sessions Sessions are educational and music-based. They are not therapy, counseling, or medical services.
